Lisa McGrail is a dedicated nonprofit strategist committed to bridging the gap between big missions and small teams. As the Founder and President of Tall Order Solutions LLC, Lisa provides fractional operations and fundraising support to growing nonprofits, helping them build sustainable systems without the overhead of full-time staff.

Lisa's approach is rooted in practical, hands-on partnership; handling everything from donor relations and volunteer management to complex compliance and event coordination. Beyond her consulting work, Lisa serves her community as the Ashburn District Representative for the Loudoun County Parks, Recreation, and Open Space (PROS) Board and is a Founding Board Member and Treasurer for the Global Institute for Sustainable Development (GISD).
