Potomac Mitigation Bank restores streams, develops wetlands, and conserves land in the Middle Potomac River Basin Watershed that generate nutrient credits that can be purchased to reduce the on site stormwater management requirements for land disturbing projects ( Roadways, Buildings, Trails, Housing, etc) under a mitigation program managed by VDEQ to protect the Chesapeake Bay.
