Separation and Divorce is a time of great transition. Everything changes in your life: your relationship, your living situation, your finances and perhaps your parenting arrangement. Most of all, your vision of what your life was going to be changes. Dreams are crushed. And the vision of what will be, becomes a canvas of “not knowing”.All of this change and state of “not knowing”, is stressful. A group is a place where you can safely process your thoughts and feelings and receive understanding and support.
