Women Leaders in STEM

While jobs in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) fields are growing faster than any others, and pay considerably more, fewer United States citizens are pursuing STEM degrees, compared to their peers in many countries. According to the Pew research Center, women and minorities are significantly underrepresented in STEM jobs, compared to their share of the U.S. population.
