The Road Ahead- an Alzheimer's and Dementia Education Workshop

Please join us for a Dementia Educational Workshop specifically designed for families and caregivers of individuals with memory impairments. Topics will include an overview of Dementia and Alzheimer's, financial information including living wills, and help managing daily challenges. This COMPLIMENTARY workshop was developed by a committee of local senior resource providers with expertise in: Assisted Living, Dementia Care, Hospice. Home health/Personal care, Adult day care and Skilled Nursing.
