Scott A. Vivian Memorial Golf Tournament, "19 Holes for Hospice"

19 Holes for Hospice is an annual golf event benefiting, “Capital Caring.”  This September 13^th will be our 9^th annual event.  Capital Caring serves people with serious, progressive illness in Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Prince George's County in Maryland.  Capital Caring provides medical care and treatment that concentrates on reducing the severity of disease symptoms, rather than halting or delaying progression of disease itself or providing a cure.  The goal of hospice is to prevent and relieve suffering and to more importantly improve the quality of life for people facing serious illness.
