PolicyMaker Series - State of Innovation in Education

The Loudoun County Chamber is proud to host Virginia Secretary of Education Anne Holton, Dr. Robert Templin, President of Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA), and Mr. Eric Hornberger, Chairman of the Loudoun County School Board for a special "State of Innovation in Education" forum.

This important PolicyMaker Series event will focus on the efforts of state, regional and local school systems to adopt innovative new instructional models and technologies, in order to improve student performance and better prepare students for the ever changing demands of the 21st Century economy. Additionally, this forum will explore the growing effectiveness of public-private partnerships that leverage the expertise of the private sector to help Virginia’s public schools and institutions of higher education provide students with the skills, experience, and knowledge needed to succeed in the workforce, while also contributing to the health and prosperity of our community.
