Driven by insufficient supply and government policies limiting new home construction, Loudoun’s housing affordability crisis is making it harder for workers to live near their jobs and adversely impacting our quality of life.
On June 22nd, the Loudoun Chamber will convene national, state and regional workforce housing experts to discuss solutions that are working to increase the supply of affordable housing across Virginia and close to home.
Part of the 2023 Policymaker Series, this event will feature Susan Dewey, CEO, Virginia Housing, the state agency responsible for improving the quality of life for all Virginians, by helping them attain quality, affordable housing.
Following Dewey’s remarks, the event will feature a panel discussion featuring national and regional housing leaders discussing how the public and private sectors are working together to make housing more accessible and more affordable for all.
