Nonprofit Academy | Project & Event Success

 

Holly Nicoll is a Senior Program Manager who will lead this workshop.  If your organization is considering any new program, project, or initiative, this workshop is designed for you. Specific and time-tested processes will be offered to initiate, plan, budget, design, build and execute. Critical issues like funding (and fundraising), testing your idea, and closing out a project will be considered.

From technology projects (a specialty of our instructor) to starting a new service in your organization, learn how a disciplined, structured approach ensures successful execution of viable projects and/or early identification of high-risk initiatives.

Ms. Nicoll has 20 years of experience collaborating with business leaders to define and deliver technology solutions. She has particular expertise in advising stakeholders to evaluate opportunities and maximize investments, balancing short term wins with longer term initiatives.   

The Loudoun Nonprofit Academy

The Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the launch of the Nonprofit Academy training and certificate series in partnership with the Community Foundation for Loudoun and Northern Fauquier Counties and Loudoun Cares.

Nonprofit Academy attendees that complete 40 hours of Academy training over a three-year period earn a "Certified Nonprofit Professionals" designation from the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce.
