Chef Sebastian Oveysi has created this fantastic menu for Lobster Day and we have some great wines to pair with these culinary masterpieces!

Lobster Roll - 2014 Chardonnay
- Saffron Lime Steamed Maine Lobster, served in a homemade hero with a side of Old Bay seasoned potato fries

Lobster Cakes - Rkatsiteli
- Lobster and jumbo lump crabmeat, baked and served with a side of steamed asparagus and saffron long grain rice

Lobster Salad - 2013 Apple
- Saffron steamed lobster served over fresh spring mix, parmesan and strawberry salad
