Learn How to Raise & Release Monarch Butterflies

Join Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy to learn about the life cycle of Monarchs, and how to raise and release them. See also the direct relationship between plants and animals, especially milkweed - the only plant Monarchs lay their eggs on and the only food they eat as caterpillars. We?ll share tips for finding eggs and caterpillars and for raising and releasing Monarchs through the summer and fall. Rearing cages will be available for purchase.
