Health & Wellness: Holistic Approaches to Mental Health

Join the Loudoun Chamber’s Health and Wellness Committee as they lead a discussion on mental wellness. This event will feature a panel of experts, including Dr. Martha Callihan, Integrative and Functional Medicine physician, Registered Dietician, Alison Sonak and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Susan McCormick.
 
While the topic of mental health is quite broad, this event will focus on learning how nutrition and movement play a key role in stress management, recovery and wellness maintenance.
