The goal of this series is for owners to explore strategy as a core competency to their role as leader, and then to attach those elements of their business where strategy dictates refinement, change, and innovation... Concepts from top strategic planning thinkers will be explored through presentation and discussion.  Tips and tools to use in planning and implementation will be shared.  While each session can be attended independently, participants will yield most value by attending all three sessions.
