Sally Crosen, Operations Manager for Maid Brigade. Maid Brigade is a leader in greening leased space. The company won the Tenant category of the 2015 Loudoun Dulles Green Business Challenge. Sally will discuss how Maid Brigade partnered with their landlord to create greener offices.

Gerry Gurgick, President, Energy: Target Zero and Founder, LoudounPACE. Gerry’s enterprises offer innovative solutions to lowering a building’s energy footprint that can help landlords and tenants develop mutually beneficial solutions for greening leased space.

Bill May heads the development of One Loudoun and serves as Vice President of the Land Development Group at Miller & Smith, and has over 25-years experience in real estate development. His current project, One Loudoun, includes nearly 3 million square feet of class A office space and over 700,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space.

Rich Vaaler, Owner/Broker, Vaaler Commercial Real Estate. Vaaler offers a full range of real estate services, including tenant representation, property management and property investment. The company’s portfolio includes a new LEED certified building in Leesburg. Rich will offer his perspective on the opportunities and challenges associated with renovating space to make it more environmentally sustainable as well as leasing space that offers a smaller environmental footprint.
