FREE! Self-Defense Seminar hosted by Hidy Ochiai Karate NOVA

In support of National Sexual Assault Awareness Month in April we are hosting free self-defense seminars! The first seminar is on April 9, and the second seminar is on April 25.

Learn basic self-defense techniques – escapes, blocks, and counter-attacks as well as the critical element of mental self-defense. Seminars will be taught by world-renowned Master Hidy Ochiai and Sensei William Max Winkler, the Chief instructor at Hidy Ochiai Karate of Northern Virginia.

Both seminars are open to the public, ages 8 and up. Participants are asked to pre- register by calling 571-420-6758.
