Join us February 24th for networking and SPEAKER: Betty V. Toulson Coordinator, Small Business Programs Metropolitan Washington Area Transit Authority (WMATA) Ms. Toulson has over 30 years of experience in developing, analyzing, and evaluating small business programs. The majority of this experience was gained working in the 8(a), 8(d), and HUBZone programs of the U.S. Small Business Administration.

She also was involved in Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) programs at the Maryland Department of Transportation and MWAA, and is so now at WMATA.

She will speak briefly on Metropolitan Washington Area Transit Authority Small Business Programs, including its DBE, Small Business Enterprise, and Small Business & Local Preference Programs. Let?s continue to forge federal contracting relationships in Loudoun County.
