DEIA Workshop: The Business of Bias

The Loudoun Chamber’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility Committee is proud to present the first installment of the DEIA Workshop series. The Chamber will host a two hour discussion on Bias and explore the impact it has on your business. The session will be led by Lisa Williams of To Learn Just Notice Consulting and will include content, in session exercises, small and large group discussions. You will leave the session more informed on:

• Negative expressions of difference in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

• Bias and how it shows up

• How Bias may be impacting your business
