DEIA Workshop: Relational ROI - From Connection to Impact

Relational ROI: From Connection to Impact is a leadership and organizational development workshop designed to help participants understand how authentic relationships generate measurable value. The session explores how business identity, trust, and intentional relationship-building influence culture, client loyalty, employee engagement, community trust, and long-term impact.

Grounded in Connection, Awareness, Access, and Action, this workshop moves participants beyond transactional thinking and into a relationship-centered model of business growth. Participants will examine how people experience their leadership, brand, service, or organization—and identify practical ways to strengthen relational capital.

Workshop Objectives
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  1. Define Relational ROI as the measurable return created through trust, connection, access, and intentional action.
  2. Examine how business identity shapes relationships with clients, employees, partners, and communities.
  3. Use the Connection → Awareness of Access → Action framework to assess relational strengths and gaps.
  4. Identify opportunities to build stronger trust, loyalty, collaboration, and belonging.
  5. Develop one practical relational investment strategy that can lead to measurable impact.
