Circuit Training Class - 2014 Fall Semester

Join us for a Fall Circuit training workout class!
The class will focus on improving overall strength, flexibility and cardiovascular health.

Classes will begin Sept 18 - Dec 18th on Thursday evenings for 1 hour at a rate of $120 for the whole semester OR $12 per session.
