Childbirth 102 Class

Childbirth 102 is Specifically designed to Compliment our Comprehensive Childbirth Class. It includes an overview of techniques that can be used especially by those seeking un-medicated births. Topics we will be discussing include: ideal positioning exercises, use of Birth Ball/Peanut ball, overview of focus and pressure techniques, the role of Doula care, as well as discussing what to possibly include in your unique birth plan.?? It is encouraged to register for class around your 7th or 8th month of pregnancy. Feel Free to bring pillows, snacks, and water to keep you comfortable during class.
