Buzzed at the Bee

Why should the kids have all the fun? Join Loudoun Literacy board members and staff for a raucous adult Spelling Bee. Can't spell? No problem! This friendly competition includes a little trivia, definitions, and acronyms. And a small bribe to the emcee/judge ($1-$5) will let you ask a friend or use your phone. Hosted by Renss Greene of Loudoun Now, Buzzed at the Bee is a great opportunity to hone your spelling skills for Loudoun Literacy's big fall fundraiser: The Not-Your-Kid’s Spelling Bee on October 26! $20 to participate (includes a drink). Or just come, grab some food, and cheer on the spellers! Prizes for winners and creative responses. Proceeds benefit the Loudoun Literacy Council.
