Supporting the development and advancement of nonprofit organizations in Loudoun County

The N.E.T. Collaborative is a partnership among the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce, Loudoun Cares, Piedmont Community Foundation, Morven Park, and Volunteer Loudoun to offer Loudoun’s charitable nonprofit community a series of helpful and educational workshops.

Grant Writing & Grantor Research
This one-day workshop is an introductory, beginner’s course on researching prospective corporate and foundation funders using  GWU Library’s “Cooperating Collection” system and the elements that create a fundable grant request.  The session is lead by Amy Owen, who has more than 21 years experience in fundraising and currently serves as the executive director of the Piedmont Community Foundation.
