The topics to be addressed by the speakers will include the M&A process\, novations of contracts\, change of name agreements\, small business set-asides and other special issues for small business government contractors.\n\n\n\nSpeakers: \n\nKevin Learned\, Founding Partner\, McMahon\, Welch and Learned PLLC\n\nMr. Learned is a founding Partner with the law firm McMahon\, Welch and Learned\, PLLC. Mr. Learned's practice focuses on advising clients on general corporate and securities matters\, including company formation and governance\, buy-sell agreements\, operating and stockholder agreements\, mergers and acquisitions\, and more. Mr. Learned has extensive experience working with emerging growth companies\, particularly information technology and other professional service providers in both the commercial and federal spaces. Mr. Learned received his undergraduate degree from The George Washington University and his law degree from the University of Chicago Law School.
